08:00 a.m. Almond milk-Oats Porridge*
10:00 a.m. Fruit juice-1 Navel orange, 1 Mango (both peeled and diced), and ½ cup Pineapple chunks
12:00 p.m. 1 ½ cup cooked Khichadi* with 1 bowl stir-fried Zucchini
02:00 p.m. 1 cup Green tea
03:00 p.m. Fruit Juice- 1 apple, 1 kiwi, 1 cup mixed-berries and 1 tsp. honey, 2 dried figs, 2 dried dates, 5 pecans and 5 Walnuts (optional)
05:00 p.m. 1 bowl Mixed-vegetable soup I*
07:00 p.m. 2 cups Whole Mung bean soup*
