06:30 a.m. Wake-up; 2 cups luke warm water
07:00 a.m. 1 cup Ayurvedic Tea*
08:00 a.m. Almond milk- Oatmeal Porridge* with blue berries
10:00 a.m. Fruit Juice – 1 cored and cut Organic Apple, 1 cup-cut Honeydew,1 cup frozen Organic Berries and 1tsp. Chia seeds
12:00 p.m. 1 ½ cups Khichadi* with 1 bowl of Stir-fried Vegetables (Organic Bell Pepper and Organic Squash)
02:00 p.m. 1 cup Green Tea and 5 Walnuts, 5 Pecans, ¼ cup Raisins
03:00 p.m. Fruit Juice- 1 Banana, 1 Navel Orange, 1 Kiwi
05:00 p.m. 2 cups Whole Mung Bean Soup*
07:00 p.m. 1 bowl Mixed Vegetable Soup IV*
