06:30 a.m. Wake up; 2 cups luke-warm water
07:00 a.m. 1 cup Ayurvedic tea*
08:00 a.m. Spicy Oats*
10:00 a.m. Fruit Juice 1 cup-cut Cantaloupe, 1 sliced and cored-Apple-1 Kiwi and 1tsp. Chia Seeds
12:00 p.m. 1 ½ cup Khichadi* 1 bowl of stir-fried Vegetables (Beans and Broccoli)
02:00 p.m. 1 cup Green Tea
03:00 p.m. Fruit Juice- 1 Banana, 1 Navel Orange and 1 cup Frozen Berries, 5 Almonds, 5 Walnuts and ¼ cup Raisins
05:00 p.m. 2 cup Whole Bean Mung Soup*
07:00 p.m. 2 cups Mixed Vegetable Soup III*
