07:00 a.m. 1 cup Ayurveda tea*
08:00 a.m. Almond milk Oatmeal Porridge with Raisins *
10:00 a.m. Fruit Juice- 1 cup cut Cantaloupe, 1 cup cut Honey Dew, 1 cup frozen Organic Berries
12:00 p.m. 1 ½ cup Khichadi* and 1 bowl Stir Fried Vegetables (Organic Asparagus)
03:00 p.m. 1 cup Green Tea
05:00 p.m. Fruit Juice- 1 Banana, 1 Navel Orange, 1 sliced and cored Apple, 5 Walnuts, 5 Pecans, 2 Dates and 2 Dried Figs
06:00 p.m. Mixed Vegetable Soup I*
07:00 p.m. 2 cups Whole Bean Mung Soup*
