Gluten Free Spicy Oats recipe from our in house nutritionist

1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
½ tsp. Olive oil
3 tablespoon Oats (Old fashioned)
1 tablespoon soaked and cooked chickpeas
Salt and pepper to taste
Toast the oats in a toaster oven or dry roast them on a pan for 2 minutes. In a vessel, warm the oil; add the oats and sauté for a bit. Pour in the broth, the chickpeas, salt and pepper, cover and cook for 5 minutes, stir occasionally.
