Grilled Curry Lime Corn on The Cob

Just in time for 4th of July celebrations!

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1/2 tsp. Madras Curry PowderGrilled Curry Lime Corn on the Cob
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 4 lime wedges

*Method:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together curry powder and salt.
  2. Heat grill on high heat until very hot.
  3. Place corn directly on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes turning frequently so it does not burn.
  4. Take corn off the grill and rub with a lime wedge. Sprinkle with the curry salt.
