Mixed Vegetable Soup I

1 stalk Celery
2 Carrots
1 Potato
1 Bell Pepper
1 tsp. grated Ginger
½ tsp. Black pepper powder
1 tsp. Olive oil
2 cups Organic Vegetable broth
Method
Chop the vegetables and sauté them in olive oil along with ginger in an open pan till they are soft. Add the broth and simmer for 20 minutes on a low flame. Let it cool and blend. Warm and serve with pepper powder.
