12 ounces white chocolate
12 ounces dark chocolate
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy (use a hammer to crush mints inside a ziploc)
Line a pan with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds till smooth
Pour chocolate into the pan. Tap to make level.
Melt the white chocolate like in step 2 and pour on dark chocolate.
- while chocolate is melted sprinkle crushed mint
Leave pan in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then break the candy into pieces.
