Tea hotting up

Tea is hotting up not just as the new drink of choice, but now as an ingredient. Tea is becoming an ingredient in many dishes including macarons. The last macaron I had, had earl grey tea leaves in it. Being a tea and macaron lover, I just got more firmly addicted to tea. Tea according to the article  regarding trends for 2014, is entering more forms of cooking like tea poached salmon!
