Wine Cake



1 package yellow cake mix
1 (4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup leftover wine
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Grease and flour one 10 inch bundt pan.
In medium bowl combine the cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, nutmeg, vegetable oil, white wine, and eggs. Beat for 5 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes or until a fork inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes. Let cake cool completely before slicing. Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream or or confectioners’ sugar and sliced strawberries.
